This is our first year with a year long theatre program. This program is designed to help children develop the skills to audition for and perform in a Musical Theatre production - combining acting, singing, and dance to tell amazing stories. Children in this program get opportunities to sing and perform in public throughout the year helping to build their confidence. In addition, each year students have the opportunity to audition for and learn a Broadway production that we present at a local school. SDCA's Theatre Group is proud to present our first show Beauty and the Beast Jr at Teague Middle School at 2pm on May 15, 2010.
Our theatre program consists of sixteen phenominal young performers ranging in age from six to sixteen - consisting of both seasoned and new performers. Please come out and support out outstanding performers.
